Alex graduated from Queen’s University with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy. She is a Level 3 Pelvic Health Therapist through Pelvic Health Solutions, with extensive training that includes labour and birth preparation, postpartum rehabilitation, treatment of pregnancy and pelvic girdle pain, yoga for pelvic pain, and caesarean birth rehabilitation.

She is passionate about women’s health and finding meaningful ways to integrate yoga, mindfulness, and meditation into her practice. Alex’s desire to specialize in women’s health grew exponentially when she sought pelvic health physiotherapy during her pregnancy and experienced the powerful impact and value it can provide in helping women navigate this incredible journey.

Claudia received her Honours BA in Kinesiology at Western University and her Honours BAHSc in Athletic Therapy from Sheridan College. A lifelong sports enthusiast, Claudia grew up in Vaughan playing competitive soccer. Her interest in sport, health, and anatomy led her to pursue a career in Athletic Therapy.

Claudia has been in practice since 2011 and has extensive experience working with various populations ranging from the industrial athlete and weekend warrior to the casually active and sedentary senior.
